Dairy Legacy

Born October 10, 1940, N. Rajanna founded what would become Arna Dairy in Yelahanka, Bangalore. With 70+ years of hands-on dairy experience, he personally cared for approximately 3,000 cows and planted over 2 lakh trees. He served as MLA for Bharathinagar (1994–1999) and was awarded the prestigious Kempegowda Award in 2003 for environmental contributions.

Keshava Rajanna transformed the traditional dairy into a structured enterprise. He introduced organised milk collection systems, prioritised timely and fair payments to farmers, and built the operational backbone that enabled Arna Dairy to scale — all while staying rooted in the family's core values of fairness and trust.

The third generation focused on expanding the farmer network, improving cold-chain infrastructure, and establishing Arna Dairy as a trusted brand across Bangalore. This era saw the growth from hundreds to thousands of farming partnerships across Karnataka.

Under Dheeraj Keshav's leadership, Arna Dairy is entering its most ambitious chapter — a franchise model targeting 200 outlets across Karnataka, an export program serving global markets, and an R&D wing developing revolutionary dairy products for tomorrow's consumers.
